Use: Enhances flavor in various food industries, especially in protein-based products (meat – fish – poultry).
It also boosts the natural taste of foods where it already exists, such as tomatoes, potatoes, and other processed foods.
Dosage:
- Meat: 300–500 g per 100 kg of mix
- Flavor blends (Flavors): Should not exceed 10% of the mix
- Powder soups and stock: Typically between 3% and 10% of the total blend
